Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in residential care or behavioral health preferred.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Maintain Alabama driver license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work self-scheduling shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing monitoring and training on basic living skills and implement behavioral plans.
• Meet daily productivity standards through individual and group BLS services.
• Assist consumers with personal care, medication use, chores, and safety issues.
• Prepare consumer meals and stock household items.
• Deescalate crises and respond proactively to crisis states.
• Ensure compliance with Nurse Delegation Program recertification requirements.
• Document progress notes timely and legibly, including BLS services and consumer responses.
• Transport consumers to appointments and activities.
• Collaborate with treatment team and participate in staff meetings.
• Maintain house cleanliness and safety; follow AltaPointe policies.
