Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily observation and monitoring of residents.
• Assist with personal care, medications, and basic living skills training.
• Transport residents to appointments and activities.
• Document in a timely and legible manner following AltaPointe policy.
• Maintain house cleanliness and assist with meals and safety tasks.
