Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Must have valid Alabama driver's license and proof of current liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing monitoring and interaction with consumers, plus training on basic living skills.
• Meet daily productivity standards through BLS services.
• Assist with personal care, medication use, and meal preparation.
• Transport consumers to appointments and outings.
• Maintain house cleanliness and document services accurately.
• Adhere to schedule and participate in performance improvement activities.
