Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing basic observation and monitoring in group homes
• Ability to transport clients to appointments and activities
• Assist with medication use under supervision
• Assist with personal care, meals, and safety tasks
• Follow safety protocols and care plans

Responsibilities

• Provides ongoing monitoring and interaction with consumers to include training on basic living skills according to assessed needs.
• Meets daily productivity standards through individual and group BLS services.
• Assists consumers with personal care, medication, chores, and safety.
• Demonstrates willingness to work at any ARS facility based on staffing needs.
• Preparation of consumer meals per dietary orders and stocking of items.
• Recognizes crisis states and de-escalates situations when possible.
• Ensures compliance with Nurse Delegation Program and recertification requirements.
• Keeps to posted schedules and coordinates with the treatment team.
