Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services, LLC seeks a Self-Perform Estimator II to join our expanding preconstruction team. You will develop take-offs for concrete, carpentry, and related self-perform scopes to support project estimates and proposals.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of relevant estimating experience, a engineering/CM degree, and working knowledge of Procore and MS Office. The role offers national project exposure with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of relevant estimating experience.
• Experience with take-offs and estimates for concrete work including foundations, flat work, slab on metal deck, structural concrete.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings and site logistics plans.
• Complete accurate on-screen take-offs for permanent and temporary scopes of work.
• Interact with vendors for material and services quotes.
• Support Project Operations with Change Management.
• Develop and maintain historical cost database by project type and geography.
• Produce manpower estimates to align with material and equipment take-offs.
• Establish estimating protocols to drive accuracy and efficiency.
