Job summary

Next 150 Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced estimator to support its multi-geography operations with comprehensive take-offs for concrete, masonry, carpentry, metal framing and drywall. The role partners with Preconstruction to develop estimates and proposals, and travel may be required. This position can be located near any U.S.

Gilbane office. You will work with Sr. Estimators and the Chief Estimator to build historical cost data and refine unit prices while maintaining relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with take-offs and estimates for concrete work and related scopes.

Responsibilities

• Review project specs, drawings and site logistics plans.
• Complete on-screen take-offs for permanent and temporary scopes.
• Interact with vendors for material and services quotes.
• Develop and track project estimates from Concept through Construction Documents.
• Produce professional take-off documentation and clarifications.
