Job summary

Next 150 Construction, LLC is seeking an experienced Self-Perform Estimator II to join our preconstruction team. You will develop comprehensive take-offs and support project estimates for diverse geographies across the United States, with focus on Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest markets.

The role requires a BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management with 2–5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Procore.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Procore software experience.
• Knowledge of take-offs for concrete work including foundations and flat work.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and site logistics plans.
• Complete take-offs for permanent and temporary scopes.
• Interact with vendors for material and services quotes.
• Support project operations with Change Management.
• Develop strategies to improve estimating accuracy.
• Build a historical cost database by project type and geography.
