Job summary

Next 150 Construction, LLC, a Gilbane Building Company subsidiary, seeks an experienced self-perform Estimator to develop comprehensive take-offs for concrete, masonry, carpentry and related scopes across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Midwest. The role supports the Operations and Preconstruction teams with accurate project estimates and proposals.

Located flexible to be near any U.S. Gilbane office, travel is limited.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with self-perform estimating for concrete, masonry, carpentry and related trades desired.

Responsibilities

• Review project specs, drawings and site logistics to develop take-offs.
• Produce accurate on-screen take-offs for permanent and temporary scopes.
• Assist with vendor quotes and change management.
• Develop and maintain historical cost data by project type and geography.
• Create professional take-off documents for proposals.
