Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Self-Perform Estimator (Civil/Concrete/Marine) to support heavy civil and marine project estimates.

You will perform complex take-offs, price scenarios, and assist in bid strategy to win pursuits. This role focuses on self-perform concrete scopes, joint ventures, and preconstruction services, with exposure to multi-discipline coordination and subcontractor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field with two years of related experience.
• Heavy civil and marine estimating experience preferred.
• Familiarity with InEight and Planswift is preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering documents and develop winning estimates.
• Knowledge of various delivery methods and preconstruction services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating for heavy civil & marine markets and self-perform concrete scopes.
• Discharge estimating-related responsibilities and support bid strategy development.
• Develop highly complex take-offs and final pricing.
• Cultivate subcontractor/supplier relationships and manage preconstruction activities.
• Support client presentations and go/no-go project selections.
