Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Five years of related experience.
• Exposure to projects with large mechanical scopes.
• Familiarity with InEight and Planswift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating responsibilities focused on mechanical scopes.
• Support win-strategy development for assigned pursuits.
• Engage in joint ventures formation and operation.
• Participate in go/no-go project decisions and preconstruction services.
• Perform complex take-offs and provide final pricing with accuracy.
• Cultivate relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and designers.
