Job summary

Alberici Constructors is seeking a Senior Estimator (Self-Perform Concrete) to support estimating across water and wastewater projects. You will ensure accurate quantity surveys and pricing, contribute to win strategies, and lead highly complex take-offs and pricing for self-perform concrete scopes.

The role requires developing staffing plans, managing subcontractor relationships, and understanding delivery methods within joint ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• Seven years of related experience with at least one year of field experience preferred.
• Exposure to water/wastewater treatment projects is ideal.
• Familiarity with InEight and Planswift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating concrete/structural scopes for water/wastewater projects.
• Develop winning strategies and participate in go/no-go decisions.
• Manage highly complex take-offs and final pricing.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, designers and clients.
• Understand preconstruction services and various delivery methods.
