Job summary

Alberici Constructors in St. Louis is seeking a Self-Perform Estimator (Civil/Concrete/Marine) to assist with the estimating process for mechanical scopes across markets.

The role focuses on accurate quantity surveys and competitive pricing while supporting client satisfaction and project pursuits. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5 years of experience, and familiarity with InEight and Planswift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field with 5 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of field experience preferred.
• Exposure to projects with large mechanical scopes is required.
• Familiarity with InEight and Planswift preferred.
• Ability to develop winning strategies and interpret complex engineering documents.
• Ideal candidates will have knowledge of joint ventures and related preconstruction services.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating for mechanical scopes across markets.
• Ensure accurate quantity surveys and timely pricing from preliminary to full estimates.
• Support win strategy development for assigned pursuits.
• Cultivate relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and designers.
• Understand company insurance and bonding requirements and safety policies.
• Research pricing trends and project escalation.
