Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a self-perform operations-focused professional who supports successful SPW project delivery. The role collaborates with SPW crews, project management, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure scope requirements, schedules and quality are met.

The candidate will monitor productivity, track material use, identify issues and implement practical solutions to maintain progress while contributing to continuous improvement in SPW tasks and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Review contract drawings, specifications and submittals for SPW scopes with technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with SPW managers, superintendents, and teams to resolve standard technical questions.
• Monitor SPW activity schedules and budgets; report variances for timely corrective actions.
• Support SPW quality assurance and safety protocols across all phases of self-perform work.
• Prepare and maintain SPW project documentation: daily crew reports, logs, equipment usage and field changes.
• Identify opportunities for incremental SPW process improvements and contribute to leading practices.
• Participate in SPW coordination meetings and communicate progress and issues to crews and stakeholders.
