Qualifications

• Successful DHS background check clearance and driving record per policy.
• 4-year degree preferred in related fields and supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise team of 15 ISO Coordinators.
• Train, onboard, and evaluate employees.
• Facilitate staff meetings and supervise DHS policy implementation.
• Act as liaison between participant, county, and organization.
• Monitor, manage, and audit budgets; provide customer service via calls and email.
• Develop internal processes and contribute to strategic planning.
