Job summary

Atomic-Storage-Group is seeking a reliable, self-directed independent contractor to maintain a storage facility. This 1099 engagement offers flexible, supplemental income with schedule control while ensuring property needs are handled professionally.

Responsibilities include maintenance, minor repairs, auction preparation, and coordinating with vendors. You will work independently, supply your own tools, and manage transportation for on-site tasks.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Must provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary.
• Assist with delinquency lock processes and property cleaning.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of property-related services.
• Monitor property appearance and communicate concerns promptly.
• Assist with auction preparation tasks when needed.
• Work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Provide your own tools, equipment, transportation, and materials.
