Job summary

Atomic-Storage-Group is seeking a reliable independent contractor to maintain and care for one of our storage facilities in Hungerford, PA. You will manage property upkeep, small repairs, and vendor coordination on a flexible, self-directed schedule.

As a 1099 engagement, you supply your own tools and transportation, handle trimming, cleaning, and curb appeal, and communicate updates clearly while completing tasks to high standards.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Must provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
• Reliable, responsive, and professional in communication.
• Must pass a background check prior to engagement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary.
• Assist with delinquency lock processes as needed.
• Manage weed control and general property cleaning.
• Help maintain curb appeal and property appearance.
• Clean out abandoned or vacated units and transport debris/items for disposal when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of property-related services.
• Monitor overall appearance and condition of the property.
• Communicate property concerns, project updates, or operational issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with auction preparation tasks when needed.
