Atomic-Storage-Group is seeking a reliable independent contractor to maintain and care for a storage facility. This is a 1099 engagement, not an employment position, with the ability to set your own schedule and work independently.

The role involves light maintenance, property oversight, and minor administrative tasks related to auctions. You must provide your own tools and transportation and pass a background check to start.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Must provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
• Reliable, responsive, and professional in communication.
• Must pass a background check prior to engagement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary.
• Assist with delinquency lock processes as needed.
• Manage weed control and general property cleaning.
• Help maintain curb appeal and property appearance.
• Clean out abandoned or vacated units and transport debris for disposal.
