Atomic Storage Group is seeking a reliable, self-directed independent contractor to assist with maintenance and care for a storage facility. This 1099 engagement offers flexible, supplemental income with the ability to manage your own schedule while ensuring property needs are handled professionally.

Responsibilities include light maintenance, tool use, property oversight, auction support, and independent work with your own tools and transportation.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Must provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
• Must pass a background check prior to engagement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary.
• Assist with delinquency lock processes as needed.
• Manage weed control and general property cleaning.
• Help maintain curb appeal and property appearance.
• Clean out abandoned or vacated units and transport debris for disposal.
