Atomic-Storage-Group is seeking a reliable, self-directed independent contractor to help maintain one of our storage facilities. This 1099 engagement emphasizes independent work with flexible scheduling and professional communication.

You will perform light maintenance, handle minor repairs, manage yard/grounds tasks, and support auction prep when needed while coordinating with vendors and property contacts.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment, supplies, and debris.
• Must provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently without direct supervision.
• Reliable, responsive, and professional in communication.
• Must pass a background check prior to engagement.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary.
• Assist with delinquency lock processes as needed.
• Manage weed control and general property cleaning.
• Help maintain curb appeal and property appearance.
• Clean out abandoned or vacated units and transport debris/items for disposal when necessary.
• Conduct routine property evaluations and coordinate with vendors.
• Monitor property appearance and communicate concerns or updates promptly.
• Assist with auction preparation tasks when needed.
