Job summary

Atomic-Storage-Group is seeking a reliable, self-directed independent contractor to maintain and care for one of our storage facilities. This 1099 engagement offers flexible schedule and independent work.

You will perform light maintenance, property oversight, and auction/administrative support, while ensuring curb appeal and safety. Must own a truck and personal tools, and be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must own a truck capable of hauling equipment and debris.
• Must provide and safely operate personal hand tools and power tools.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform light maintenance and minor repairs around the property.
• Use drills or grinders to remove locks when necessary.
• Assist with delinquency lock processes and property oversite tasks.
• Clean out abandoned or vacated units and transport debris for disposal.
• Conduct routine property evaluations and coordinate with vendors for timely services.
• Assist with auction preparation tasks and related administrative duties.
• Work independently, manage your schedule, and maintain professional communication.
