Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers.
• Greet each customer and use their name whenever possible.
• Assist customers with Self-checkouts and hand scanner usage for fast checkout.
• Respond to customer inquiries and SCO system notifications.
• Monitor self-checkouts for proper item scanning and usage.
• Maintain a neat and clean self-checkout area and follow safety procedures.
• Complete SCO-related tasks including voids and age verifications as needed.
• Follow dress code and wear Food Lion uniform with name badge.
