Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee self-checkout units and ensure prompt, friendly service.
• Assist customers with scanning, bagging, and paying for items.
• Manage multiple customers and anticipate issues before they arise.
• Answer questions and resolve issues with scanning, weighing, or payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the self-checkout area.
• Encourage use of self-checkout when lines form in other lanes.
• Provide knowledge of weekly ads, promotions and store locations.
