Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Self-Checkout Host in a fast-paced retail setting. You will guide customers through self-checkout, assist with scanning, weighing, bagging and payment, while ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.

Candidates should have 18+ with a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of cashier/retail experience, and be flexible for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience; 1–2 years preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with customers.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and push carts up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee self-checkout units and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with scanning, weighing, bagging and paying.
• Serve multiple customers and anticipate issues.
• Answer questions and help with scanning, weighing, or payment issues.
• Monitor scanning accuracy.
• Maintain clean, orderly self-checkout areas.
