You will develop interior concepts for multifamily developments, model suites, and amenity spaces, collaborating with architects, construction professionals, and property management.

Responsibilities include selecting finishes, furnishings, artwork, and coordinating installations while adhering to budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional interior design experience required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts for multifamily developments and common areas.
• Collaborate with Construction and Property Management on capital improvement projects.
• Lead finishes, furnishings, artwork, and design element selection within budgets and timelines.
• Coordinate deliveries and on-site installations with project teams.
