Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Lead in Irvine, CA or Huntsville, AL to drive end-to-end integration for the IBCS-M program, bringing first-party and third-party assets onto the IBCS-M network via SDKs and APIs.

You will own test campaigns, manage baselines and risk, and lead SRR/PDR/CDR/TRR reviews, coordinating across hardware, software, and field teams while engaging government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of systems engineering, integration, and test experience.
• Experience leading system integration across hardware, software and manufacturing.
• Hands-on testing campaigns to validate operational requirements.
• Ownership of requirements traceability, configuration management, and risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to work across hardware, software and test disciplines.
• Must be able to obtain a minimum Secret Clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Direct integration across the system: oversee SDK, API and secure-connectivity integration for 1P and 3P assets.
• Own test planning, execution, and validation to prove system readiness.
• Maintain baselines, requirements traceability, and risk management.
• Lead SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR gate reviews and communicate status to stakeholders.
