Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks a senior leader to direct the SEIT organization, ensuring integrated systems engineering across programs, architecture, verification, validation and test execution. You will shepherd requirements, design, and readiness through major reviews with cross‑functional teams and customers.

The role emphasizes MBSE, DevSecOps aligned development, and adherence to cost, schedule, and quality metrics, with frequent coordination across IPTs and leadership levels.

Qualifications

• 12+ years (or 10+ with M.S.) in complex systems engineering leadership.
• Experience overseeing system architecture, verification/validation, and integration.
• Leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams and IPT structures.
• Eligible for US DoD security clearance; US citizens only.

Responsibilities

• Set SEIT strategy, operating model, standards and policies across programs.
• Lead SEIT organization, staffing, skill development, resource forecasting and performance.
• Oversee requirements management, baselining, configuration management and change control.
• Guide system architecture, interfaces, and integration readiness; lead major reviews.
• Drive program execution governance, bid/proposal support, and engineering readiness.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders, communicating risks, issues and mitigations.
• Monitor SEIT artifacts quality, schedule adherence and defect/issue closure.
