Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers).
• Comfortable in Linux environments, using CLIs, shell scripts, and debugging tools.
• Experience with Python or MATLAB for data parsing, telemetry analysis, and test automation.
• Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills for complex system-level issues.
• Ability to travel up to 40% for testing, integration, and demonstrations.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system-level test strategies, procedures, and test plans for EW product lines.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to integrate and test EW products.
• Perform integration testing on subassemblies and full systems (RF/digital hardware, firmware, software).
• Design and implement automated tests to improve coverage, repeatability, and efficiency.
• Triage and troubleshoot system-level failures to rapidly identify root causes.
• Analyze telemetry and test data to reproduce issues and validate fixes.
• Serve as a liaison to deploy integrated hardware-software products at customer sites.
• Travel to flight tests and demonstrations at internal and customer sites.
