Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems seeks a Staff SEIT Lead to drive the technical execution of a high-visibility IC contract. The role is on-site in Oklahoma City, OK and Melbourne, FL, requiring a DoD Secret clearance and the ability to manage SE disciplines across multiple domains.

You will lead a multidisciplinary SE team, mentor staff, ensure deliverables meet schedule and cost objectives, and contribute to proposals and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher STEM degree with required years of experience
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher with recent background investigation
• Experience executing full Systems Engineering lifecycle and SETR
• Experience briefing technical presentations to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic SE process reviews and present at ICs PMRs
• Lead day-to-day execution of SE disciplines
• Mentor multidisciplinary SE team and foster collaboration
• Ensure deliverables are complete, technically sound, and aligned with milestones
• Contribute to long-term proposals, cost estimates, and schedules
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical risks; maintain risk register
