Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Staff Systems Engineering & Integration Team (SEIT) Lead for Interim Contractor Support (ICS) to drive technical execution and deliverables on-site in Oklahoma City, OK and Melbourne, FL. The role oversees SE disciplines, manages risk, and guides process improvements across the program.

The candidate will mentor a multidisciplinary SE team, ensure critical reviews are completed, and support proposals, cost estimates, and scheduling forecasts.

Qualifications

• Must have a STEM degree and 12+ years of relevant military or professional experience, or a Master’s with 10+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years.
• Active DoD Secret or higher clearance with recent background check or Continuous Evaluation.
• Experience executing Systems Engineering processes across full lifecycle and SETR reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead SE process reviews and present at ICS PMRs.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive best-practice enhancements.
• Direct day-to-day SEIT activities across disciplines.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary SE team and foster collaboration.
• Ensure deliverables are complete and aligned with milestones.
• Contribute to long-term proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
