Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Lead to drive end-to-end integration and validation for the IBCS‑M program in Irvine, CA or Huntsville, AL. You will own SDK/interface integration with 1P/3P assets, define test campaigns, and guide baselines and gate reviews while collaborating across hardware, software, and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in defense engineering roles, strong cross-disciplinary leadership, and the ability to secure a Secret

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems engineering, integration, and test in defense/aerospace environments.
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary system integration efforts.
• Hands-on test planning, execution, and documentation for system-level campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Direct integration across subsystems, enabling onboarded 1P/3P assets via SDKs and interfaces.
• Plan, execute, and validate test campaigns to prove operational readiness.
• Maintain baselines, trace requirements, and manage risks across lifecycle.
• Lead SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR to demonstrate technical readiness at major milestones.
