Job summary

Leidos Defense seeks a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Lead to oversee integration, testing, and validation of a mobile system addressing cruise missiles and UAS. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and tests are executed to schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent degree from an ABET-accredited university with 8+ years of experience or an MS with 6+ years.
• Experience deriving and managing requirements for complex electrical, electro-mechanical, mechanical, and software systems.
• Experience creating verification and test plans, and coordinating system integration and test activities to support verification of system level requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the integration, testing, and validation of complex systems.
• Assist in planning and executing system integration activities to meet technical and operational requirements.
• Define and execute test procedures, monitor test progress to ensure timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare test documentation including test plans, reports, and analysis of results.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineering and Development teams to ensure successful system integration and compliance with customer requirements.
