Responsibilities

• Direct the manufacturing test engineering team and set objectives.
• Improve the test strategy for scalable operations across products.
• Collaborate on design testability and seamless production integration.
• Advance automation, standardization, and data-driven tooling.
• Maintain test capabilities across multiple products and value streams.
• Analyze test data and identify product and process improvements.
• Lead procurement and ROI analyses for new test equipment.
• Foster safety, cost reduction, quality, and productivity through testing.
• Serve as technical authority for manufacturing tests and calibration protocols.
