ABB is seeking a Product Manager for Motion NEMA Motors in the US to own regional strategy and lifecycle management for Material Movement & Specialty Solutions. You will collaborate with local and global teams to drive growth, ensure successful launches, and align offerings with market needs.

You will serve as the technical liaison, guiding development stage gates, localization, and go-to-market activities while optimizing portfolio performance and profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in a complex industrial manufacturing environment.
• Progressive experience in product management and customer relationship management.
• Cross functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement are essential.
• Technical, Sales, and Go-To-Market knowledge of AC Motors and Applications is preferred.

• Own regional product strategy and offering roadmap aligned to market needs.
• Lead product lifecycle management, track performance, drive cost/upgrades and portfolio evolution.
• Act as technical liaison between local markets and cross-functional teams for development gates, localization and launches.
