Job summary

The Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Segment Sales Engineer for our Bristol, IN location to guide design, development, and customization of walk-in vans, truck bodies, and related vehicles. You will support the regional sales team with technical guidance and customer-facing presentations.

You will collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and supply chain, ensure compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement in design and cost efficiency while traveling domestically and internationally

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an engineering or technical field.
• Proficient with SolidWorks 3-D CAD and able to review/modify assemblies and drawings.
• Experience with ERP systems and data extraction for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product design, prototyping, testing, and production launch.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, and supply chain to deliver customized solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Drive design process improvements, cost control, and product performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers, providing technical and business solutions.
