Job summary

Syngenta is seeking a Seeds Sales Intern to join the Emerging Talent Program. The internship offers hands-on learning in territory sales across multiple states with a focus on developing leadership and agronomic knowledge.

Location is flexible within the United States. You will engage with farmers, support channel partners, and gain exposure to day-to-day operations while developing professional skills in a dynamic agricultural environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree with a graduation date after December 2026.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lead, be self-directed, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage in farmer-focused projects within your territory with support from a District Manager and mentor.
• Develop general understanding of seed products and technical knowledge.
• Interact with and support channel customer relationships in a defined geography.
• Identify and analyze customer needs for Sales Management and Marketing.
• Provide market intelligence and territory opportunity information when identified.
• Interact with channel partners to present product information and promotional materials; identify potential new seed dealers for GH business.
• Manage expenses within budget guidance, operate a company vehicle per policy, track customer interactions, and submit weekly activity reports.
