Job summary

Syngenta is seeking a Seeds Agronomy Developmental Sales Representative intern to join a high-performing Sales Team, participating in a curriculum-based program that builds hands-on experience in territory development and customer engagement.

Location: flexible within the United States Midwest region. You will train, gain product knowledge, and develop leadership and commercial skills while supporting sales objectives and building strong farmer relationships.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree completed between August 2026 and May 2027, preferably in Agricultural Science or a related field.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable moving violations record.

Responsibilities

• Complete a well-defined training and development plan with guidance from your manager and colleagues.
• Develop product and technical knowledge, build farmer relationships, and understand the sales process.
