Job summary

Syngenta's Seeds Sales Internship offers hands-on, curriculum-based learning within a dynamic emerging talent program. You’ll gain exposure to day-to-day operations, work closely with the Sales District team, and support field activities across multiple states, including Illinois. Flexible location within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, and the student must be pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree with a graduation date after December 2026.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable moving violations record.
• Ability to lead, be self-directed, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage in farmer-focused projects within your territory, aligned with Sales District needs and objectives.
• Develop a general understanding of seed products and relevant technical knowledge.
• Interact with and support channel customer relationships in a defined geography.
• Identify and analyze customer needs to share with Sales Management and Marketing.
• Provide market intelligence and territory opportunity information when identified.
• Interact with channel partners and present product information and promotional materials.
