Syngenta Seeds invites applicants for a Seeds Agronomy Developmental Sales Representative internship. You will join a high-performing Sales Team and engage in a curriculum-based, integrated learning path to prepare you to become a territory sales leader in agriculture.

The program offers hands-on experience, exposure to day-to-day operations, and ongoing career development resources across flexible locations in the United States, with salary between $70,000 and $75,000 per year.

Formación

• BA/BS degree completed between August 2026 and May 2027, preferably in Agricultural Science or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable moving violations record.
• Experience with previous agricultural internships is preferred.
• Willingness to be mobile within the Midwestern region of the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a customized training and development plan with guidance from a manager and colleagues.
• Develop product and technical expertise, including product placement, scouting, agronomic principles, and farmer relationships.
• Gain leadership abilities, consultative selling skills, communication and presentation skills, business acumen, and territory management.
• Implement a strategy to achieve sales objectives in the assigned territory.
• Identify customer needs, market intelligence, and territory opportunities and share with Sales Management and Marketing.
• Build teamwork within the sales team and manage the customer base in the defined geography.
• Advise channel partners on product presentation and promotional materials.
• Manage territory budget, report expenses and sales, operate a company vehicle in compliance with policy, and submit weekly activity reports.
