Job summary

Beck's Hybrids in South Dakota seeks a Master Recruiter and Leader of Dealers to drive sales growth by recruiting, onboarding, and coaching dealer partners while leveraging SeedIQ to tailor conversations. This role supports company vision and policies, coordinating with internal teams to ensure dealer success and customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in agronomy or related field (or 2 years in agriculture), strong communication, and a track record in sales and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2 years in agriculture-related field.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Safety-sensitive position.
• Proficiency with computer software and systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Proactively grow network of dealer and customer prospects.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and develop dealer candidates.
• Coach dealers to meet growth objectives and expand market share.
• Promote and lead dealers to master SeedIQ.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support dealership operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.
