Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agricultural Business, Agriculture, or related field
Experience in agronomy, seed, crop inputs, retail agriculture, product management, seed portfolio management, or related fields
Strong understanding of agronomic principles and seed product positioning
Ability to translate field and market data into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication and relationship-building across commercial and technical teams
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Southern Region

Responsibilities

Develop localized seed strategies for product performance and customer adoption
Design and analyze field trials, demonstrations, and on-farm evaluations
Provide technical support and seed recommendations to sales and commercial teams
Use field data and market insights to improve product placement and identify growth opportunities
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Support technical training and agronomic expertise for the commercial team
Contribute to seed portfolio evaluation and growth initiatives
