The role requires 2+ years in seed sales, a relevant degree, and strong communication and digital skills to support seed advisory tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' seed sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, or related field preferred; 2-year degree with adequate experience.
• Strong sales ability with proven results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Digital proficiency to support Seed Advisor and Digital Agronomy tools.
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sell corn and soybean products to growers and drive seed sales growth in the territory.
• Develop and execute a business plan with division leadership to grow market share.
• Coordinate with Nutrien retail stores within the territory for alignment.
• Engage daily with farmers as a trusted advisor using digital tools.
• Build brand awareness and promote supplier brands to farmers.
• Meet and exceed defined sales targets and participate in division meetings.
• Collaborate with brand management on product positioning for the territory.
• Attend division meetings and other company functions.
