Job summary

Vylor Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Agronomist for the Brevant seeds brand to serve the Central Illinois area. This role focuses on owning retailer relationships, delivering product training, and driving demand with a strong team-selling approach.

You will coordinate with the Area Product Manager and RBM to align account strategies and ensure execution across the territory. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in agronomy and sales, with proven selling tactics and agronomy

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with retailers and conduct product training.
• Promote Brevant portfolio and create demand with retailers.
• Collaborate with RBM to execute account-level strategy.
• Own seller plans and coordinate with strategic retailers to drive business.
• Help sellers demonstrate value beyond products to drive demand.
• Lead in-field trainings and agronomy meetings for Brevant products.
