Vylor Inc. is seeking an Area Product Manager to bridge the Vylor product team with Brevant Sales, covering Eastern IA, IL, and WI. You’ll lead product knowledge, lifecycle planning, and field support to drive profitable growth.

The role requires a strong background in agriculture, 5+ years in product management or related roles, and excellent communication. Willingness to travel and collaborate with retailers will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in product management, agronomy, or sales support roles.
• Strong technical understanding of agricultural products and markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in demand planning and lifecycle management.
• Ability to create effective support and training materials.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product team to evaluate advancement class opportunities.
• Introduce newly advanced products to the sales team and provide educational sessions.
• Present to our retail partners to drive product confidence and adoption.
• Aid in the creation of support materials, such as technical sheets, messaging points, and yield data, to assist sales and technical teams.
• Own and lead demand planning process, launches and portfolio lifecycle management.
