Vylor is hiring a Production Associate for the Renwick, Iowa site. You will operate process equipment, follow safety and quality plans, and assist with data collection and maintenance tasks to support reliable production outcomes.

This on-site role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and flexibility to meet seasonal demand. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, are comfortable with technology, and can lift up to 60 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or willingness to obtain within one year of hire.
• Willing to work rotating shifts and overtime during seasonal peaks.
• Comfortable with technology and basic computer tools (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors/indoors in varying conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and good written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of process equipment following safety policies.
• Adhere to Quality Plan Work Instructions and quality requirements.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and general repair activities.
• Lead or support safety programs to enhance site safety.
• Assist with warehousing tasks including forklift operation.
• Use automation systems and computers to perform work tasks.
