Job summary

Vylor is seeking a Production Agronomist to manage seed field production at our Doniphan, NE site. This on-site role uses your agronomic knowledge to oversee acreage planning, grower coordination, safety, and data collection across the production cycle.

• Bachelor's degree in agronomy, agribusiness, or related discipline is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in agronomy, field science, or related field.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lead and develop engaged work teams; strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new software.
• Holds a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee acreage planning, strategy, logistics, and resource allocation for field activities.
• Coach contracted seed growers to improve yields and seed quality.
• Stay current on agronomic practices, government programs, and environmental issues.
• Work with government certifying agencies to ensure standards are met.
• Participate in planning, safety, quality, and workforce discussions.
