Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program in software/CS/CE/EE/automation or related field.
• Experience developing software using languages such as C#/.NET, Python, or Java.
• Ability to work safely around shop and seed-handling equipment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on cross-functional project teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, document, and maintain software solutions for seed production equipment and processes.
• Troubleshoot software, device-communication, and system-integration issues.
• Learn plant and field equipment operation and identify technology and automation needs.
• Plan and deliver work within seasonal production schedules and project timelines.
• Communicate project progress, technical findings, and recommendations to engineering and business partners.
