Job summary

Country Partners Cooperative in central Nebraska is seeking a Warehouse Support specialist for seed and crop protection operations in North Loup, NE. Responsibilities include receiving seed, organizing inventory, processing transfers, and assembling customer seed orders.

You will perform vehicle pre-trip inspections, operate seed treaters and related equipment, maintain records, and assist sales agronomists with plots as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 6–8 months related experience or training.
• Possession of a Commercial Driver's License (Class A) with airbrakes is required or strongly preferred.
• Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certificate is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive seed into inventory, sort and organize stock.
• Assist with transfers and assembly of customer seed orders.
• Perform pre-trip inspections on vehicles and maintain records.
• Operate seed treaters, tanks and related equipment; perform routine maintenance.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain clean, orderly facilities.
• Provide customer service and support to sales/agronomy teams as needed.
