Job summary

Country Partners Cooperative is seeking a dedicated operations assistant to support the Location Manager in coordinating agronomy operations at the plant in central Nebraska. You will help communicate orders, batch processes, and ensure trucks are loaded with the correct product to meet demand.

The role involves maintaining equipment, organizing tasks, dispatching application equipment, and assisting with inventory alongside the Location Manager. A CDL is recommended but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 2 years related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Ability to learn cooperatives agronomy software.
• Ability to use email, texting and smartphone for communications.
• CDL is recommended but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Location Manager with coordinating agronomy operations at the plant.
• Communicate application orders and batching across multiple locations.
• Ensure trucks are loaded with correct product and timely.
• Maintain equipment and organize tasks efficiently.
• Schedule and dispatch equipment for location.
• Help manage inventory and space needs with Location Manager.
• Provide high level of customer service to meet demand.
• Operate plant per safety policies and housekeeping standards.
• Perform regular inventories and reconcile with accounting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
