Qualifications

• Willingness to learn seed production and distribution processes.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, safety, and supply chain).
• Interest in operations, agriculture, or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day plant operations and production activities.
• Help coordinate production priorities, schedules, people, and resources.
• Gain exposure to seed processing, conditioning, packaging, warehousing, and distribution.
• Partner with teams across production, quality, maintenance, safety, and supply chain.
• Use data to support decisions and plant performance and participate in continuous improvement.
