Job summary

The role requires a hands-on leader on the production floor, direct supervision for second shift during peak periods, and deep knowledge of seed inventory and post-sort activities. A bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Hands-on operational mindset with ability to troubleshoot processes/equipment.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across shifts and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead seed packaging and sortation operations with workforce planning and execution.
• Maintain floor presence; support packaging, sortation, inventory, and safety goals.
• Provide second shift leadership during peak periods; manage seed inventory and post-sort activities.
• Serve as subject matter expert for packaging equipment; drive reliability and improvements.
• Advocate safety by enforcing EHS policies and corrective actions.
